City’s Mobile Office heading to Elsies River

04 September 2026

The City of Cape Town’s Mobile Office is heading to the Leonsdale Civic Centre in Elsies River next week Friday, 11 September 2026, to bring essential municipal services directly to the doorstep of residents. Residents are encouraged to skip the commute and visit the Mobile Office to resolve account queries and access City services.

The details are as follows:

  •  Friday, 11 September 2026 from 09:30 to 13:30 at the Leonsdale Civic, 12th Avenue, Leonsdale, Elsies River

The City’s Customer Relations Department’s mobile team will assist residents with logging queries and service requests electronically.

‘I am pleased to see the City’s Mobile Office visiting Elsies River next week and bringing essential municipal services closer to residents. This makes it easier for residents to access assistance with non-emergency enquiries relating to rates, water, electricity and refuse accounts, without having to spend additional money on transport to travel. I encourage residents to make use of this opportunity and come through in large numbers. To help us assist you quickly and efficiently, please bring along your ID and municipal account details,’ said the City’s Mayoral Committee Member for Corporate Services, Alderman Theresa Uys.
