- Friday, 18 September 2026 from 09:30 to 13:30 at the MC Fick Hall, Joubert Street, Parow Valley
The City’s Customer Relations Department’s mobile team will assist residents with logging queries and service requests electronically.
‘I am pleased to see that the City’s Mobile Office will be visiting Parow Valley this week to bring essential municipal services closer to residents. This makes it easier for our residents to access assistance with non-emergency enquiries relating to rates, water, electricity and refuse accounts, without having to spend additional money on transport to travel. I encourage residents to make use of this opportunity and come through in large numbers. To help us assist you quickly and efficiently, please bring along your ID and municipal account details,’ said the City’s Mayoral Committee Member for Corporate Services, Alderman Theresa Uys.
