Notice is hereby given in term of section 116(3) of the Local Government: Municipal Finance Management Act, No. 56 of 2003 (MFMA) that the City of Cape Town (“the City”) intends to amend the contract listed in the table below:

Tender 002S/2022/23: Provisions for the Supply, Servicing, Repairs, Testing and Certification of Breathing Apparatus Equipment and Cylinders for the City of Cape Town	Amendment of contract price adjustment clauses of the contracts. The current contracts do not contain a defined calculation period to calculate contract price adjustment (“CPA”). The amendment intends to include the CPA calculation period to be able to calculate CPA.	31 December 2026

Notice is further given in accordance with section 21 of the Local Government Municipal Systems Act, No. 32 of 2000, that you can submit comments in respect of the proposed amendments.
