Notice is hereby given in term of section 116(3) of the Local Government: Municipal Finance Management Act, No. 56 of 2003 (MFMA) that the City of Cape Town (“the City”) intends to amend the contract listed in the table below:

| Tender 219S/2022/23: Supply, Deliver, Install, Maintain and Commissioning of Data Network Devices and Services | The contract is required to be extended to ensure the continued maintenance, support, and procurement of critical network infrastructure and services while the replacement tender process is concluded and implemented. The cancellation of Tender 137S/2024/25 and the absence of responsive bids for Schedule A of Tender 140S/2025/26 were unforeseen circumstances that have delayed the appointment of a replacement service provider. |

Notice is further given in accordance with section 21 of the Local Government Municipal Systems Act, No. 32 of 2000, that you can submit comments in respect of the proposed amendments.
