Notice is hereby given in term of section 116(3) of the Local Government: Municipal Finance Management Act, No. 56 of 2003 (MFMA) that the City of Cape Town (“the City”) intends to amend the contract listed in the table below:

Tender 346G/2021/22: Supply, maintenance and servicing of gearboxes and associated works in the City of Cape Town Amendment in contract period to allow for the extension of the contract period for Contract 346G/2021/22 under the same terms and conditions for a period of twenty-four (24) months, or until the replacement contract has been finalised and implemented, whichever occurs first, and for the inclusion of a Consumer Price Adjustment (CPA) provision in terms of Clause 17.4.2 of the contract. 31 December 2026

Notice is further given in accordance with section 21 of the Local Government Municipal Systems Act, No. 32 of 2000, that you can submit comments in respect of the proposed amendments.
