Notice is hereby given in term of section 116(3) of the Local Government: Municipal Finance Management Act, No. 56 of 2003 (MFMA) that the City of Cape Town (“the City”) intends to amend the contract listed in the table below:

Tender 244S/2022/23: Maintenance and Operational Support for the Advanced Public Transport Management System (APTMS)	To amend the Contract period for a period of eighteen (18) months on a month-to-month basis, from 1 January 2027 to 30 June 2028, or until the replacement tender is implemented, whichever occurs first.	31 December 2026

Notice is further given in accordance with section 21 of the Local Government Municipal Systems Act, No. 32 of 2000, that you can submit comments in respect of the proposed amendments.
