Purpose of the application
- Deletion of conditions F.4(a) and (b), F.5, F.6(a) and (b), F.7(a), (b), (c) and (d) in title deed T56193/2015 relating to water pipeline servitudes.
- Council’s approval /consent in terms of conditions D.(1), D.(2), G.(1), G(.2) and G.(4) in title deed T56193/2015 relating to no subdivision, number of dwellings / buildings and the street boundary building line.
- Consent in terms of Item 136A of the Development Management Scheme to permit an outbuilding on Portion 1 without a main dwelling house.
- To subdivide the property into two portions (Portion 1: ±2 961 m² and Remainder: ±4 360 m²).
- The following departure from the Development Management Scheme:
(i) Item 177(2): To permit Portion 1 and Remainder to be ±2 961 m² and ±4 360 m² in lieu of 8 000 m².
Note that this proposal is inconsistent with the Southern District Plan in that it is proposed to deviate from the hard surfacing requirement in the Southern District Plan.
