Purpose of the application

To rezone the property from General Residential Subzone (GR4) to Local Business Zone (LB1). - Note: In terms of Section 16(1) of the Municipal Planning By-Law, the proposal does not comply with a district spatial development framework, being the Southern District Plan (2023), in that the site is not within an area designated as ‘Mixed Use Intensification’ area.
