  • Deletion of existing conditions of approval imposed in terms of the Townships Ordinance No 33 of 1934: C1 and C2 in title deed T4307/2025 relating to number of buildings and street boundary setback. 
  • Amendment of existing conditions of approval imposed in terms of the Townships Ordinance No 33 of 1934: C5 in title deed T4307/2025 relating to the common boundary setback. 
  • The Following Departures from the Development Management Scheme:
    Item 22(c)(ii): To permit the dwelling house beyond the first 12 m from the street and within 3 m of the south-eastern common boundary to be 4,245 m high in lieu of 4 m above existing ground level.
    Item 22(c)(ii): To permit the dwelling house beyond the first 12 m from the street and within 3 m of the south-western common boundary to be 4,24 m high in lieu of 4 m above existing ground level.
    Item 22(d): To permit the dwelling house to be setback 3,005 m in lieu of 3,5 m from Governors Lane.
