• To rezone the subject properties from General Residential Subzone (GR4) and Transport Zone (TR2) to Utility Zone to permit an authority use on the property. 
• To subdivide Erf 66528 into two portions (Portion 1: ±21 m² and Remainder: ±4010 m²). 
• To consolidate Remainder Erven 66527 and 66528. 
• Council’s approval of a Site Development Plan in terms of Item 123 of the Development Management Scheme. This is in order to develop the property with a Municipal Court.
