    To permit the rezoning of a portion of the property from General Residential Subzone (GR4) to General Business Subzone (GB1). 
  • Application for Councils approval in terms of Section 42(i) of the MPBL, involving:
    Item 60(k): To permit parking bays at ground floor level to be closer than 10 m from the Quiet Street and Ingle Road.
    Item 141(1)(b): To permit vehicles reversing across the sidewalk.
