  • Amendment of a restrictive title deed condition relating to the common boundary building line. It is proposed to construct a carport 0,82 m in lieu of 3,15 m from the south-western common boundary. 
  • Amendment of a condition of an existing approval imposed in terms of the Townships Ordinance No 33 of 1934 relating to the common boundary building line. 
  • The following departure from the Development Management Scheme has been applied for:
    (i) Item 109(b): To permit the proposed carport to be setback 0,82 m in lieu of 6 m from the south-western common boundary.
