  • Removal of restrictive title deed conditions G.(4)(d) and H. (8) from Title Deed T58227/1995 relating to setbacks and the establishment of electric generating plans, windmill, or wind operated machinery. 
  • Deletion of a condition of an existing approval relating to setbacks. 
  • Subdivision of the subject property to register a private services servitude. 
  • Consent in terms of Item 108(c): To permit a ground-mounted energy system on the property. 
  • Council’s consent in terms of Item 136A(1): To permit an outbuilding (residential service plant) on the property before the erection of the building to which it is an outbuilding. 
  • City’s approval in terms of Item 126(b): To permit a retaining wall to be at a maximum height of 2,44 m in lieu of 2 m above existing ground level. 
  • The following departures from the Development Management Scheme:
    Item 109(b): To permit the ground-mounted energy system to be setback at a minimum of 0 m in lieu of 6 m from the street boundary.
    Item 136B(a): To permit the height of the street boundary wall to be 2,4 m high in lieu of 2,1 m above existing ground level along Norwich Drive.
    Item 136B(g)(aa): To permit the street boundary wall along Norwich Drive to be 0% visually permeable in lieu of 60%.
