- Section 42(d): Subdivision of Erf 4293, Wesfleur into one (1) Community (CO1) (Portion 1) and a remainder Limited Use (LU) zoned portions (portion 1 measuring 2609 m² in extent and Remainder Erf 4293 measuring 20028 m² in extent)
- Section 42(i): Consent Use 15 in order to permit the use of Informal Trading Market on Portion 1 of the subdivided property.
- Section 42(i): Approval of a Site Development Plan associated with the proposed development of Portion 1 with an informal trading market.
- Section 42(i): City approval to allow for a development within the 5km -16km Koeberg Restriction Overlay Zone.
- Section 42(b): Permanent Departure to permit street and common boundary building lines.
