Proposed block of flats. The following applications were made in respect of the MPBL:

  • Section 42(g): Removal and amendment of restrictive title deed conditions contained in the deed of Transfer no’s T65510/2025. This is a voluntary application related to pre-Ordinance 33 of 1934 Township conditions restricting building lines, use, number of dwellings, built upon and cost. 
  • Section 42(f): Consolidation of two properties. 
  • Section 42(b): Permanent departures relating to floor space, building lines and on-site parking.
