Purpose of the application

- Section 42(b) of the MPBL: Permanent departures from the City’s Development Management Scheme relating to height (75 m in lieu of 60 m in the GB7 zone) and the number of carriageway crossings along the Grimsby Road boundary (two crossings in lieu of one).
- Section 42(d) of the MPBL: Subdivision to create an electrical substation servitude in favour of the City of Cape Town.
- Section 42(i) of the MPBL: Approval of a site development plan and landscaping plan.
