The proposal is to construct a residential development comprising a three-storey block of flats containing 24 two-bedroom units. The existing dwellings will remain.

The following planning applications:

• Rezoning in terms of Section 42(a) of the (MPBL) from Rural Zoning to General Residential Subzoning (GR2).
• Departures in terms of Section 42(d) of the MPBL to permit:
  - The building to be set back 4,5 in lieu of 6,6 m along the northern and western common boundaries.
  - One carriageway crossing in lieu of three carriageway crossings.
