• Consent in terms of Item 40(b) of the Development Management Scheme (DMS) to permit a place of instruction in the form of a yoga studio and to permit a clinic in the form of a massage therapy room.
• The following departures from the DMS:
  Item 41(e): To permit the clinic (massage therapy room) and storeroom to be setback 0 m in lieu of 4,5 m from Heather Street.
  Item 47(d): To permit the place of instruction to be setback 2,59 m in lieu of 5 m from Heather Street.
  Item 47(e): To permit the place of instruction to be setback 2,34 m in lieu of 5 m from the north-eastern common boundary.
  Item 47(e): To permit the storeroom to be setback 0 m in lieu of 5 m from the north-eastern common boundary.
