• Deletion of the following title deed conditions B.(i)(a), B.(i)(b), B.(i)(c) and B.(i)(d) in title deed T2850/2020, relating to “residential purposes only”, “one dwelling only”, “not more than half built upon area” and building lines.
• Deletion of conditions of an existing approval relating to “residential purposes only”, “one dwelling only”, “not more than half built upon area” and building lines.
• Consent in terms of Item 21(c) of the Development Management Scheme (DMS) to permit a place of instruction in the form of a Primary School. This will accommodate a maximum of 160 learners.
• For departures from the DMS relating to the street, common boundary, height and carriageway crossing.
