    Item 35(c): To permit dwellings three and four with a height of 9.335 m above the existing ground level in lieu of 9 m.
  • Application for the deletion of a restrictive title deed condition respectively in terms of Section 42(g)) of the MPBL, involving:
    Removal of title deed condition B contained in deed of transfer T12748/2022 relating to shops and business erected on the said land.
  • Application for Council’s Approval and Consent in terms of Section 42(i) of the MPBL, involving:
    Item 126(a): To permit the raising of the ground floor to 2,967 m in lieu of 1,5 m above existing ground level.
    Item 40(b): To permit a place of instruction and institution on the property.
