Purpose of the application
The proposal is to permit the use of the property for a training centre including fire safety and training facility, offices and manufacturing of fire safety equipment. No additional building work is proposed on site.
- Rezone in terms of section 42(a) of the MPBL: To rezone the property from Limited Use to Mixed Use (MU1).
- Permanent departure in terms of section 42(b) of the MPBL: item 137: To permit 21 on-site parking bays in lieu of 31 parking bays.
- Removal of restrictive title deed conditions in terms of section(g) and 42(j) of the MPBL related to access and use.
