The application is for the subdivision of the property into two portions and the redevelopment of the individual portions with dwelling houses. The following specific applications have been applied for:

• Section 42(g): Removal of title deed conditions 5.I(c) and 5.I(e) contained in deed of transfer No. T2422/2011.
• Section 42(g): Amendment of title deed condition 5.I(e) contained in deed of transfer No. T2422/2011.
• Section 42(j): Removal and amendment of deemed conditions of land use approval (i.e. title deed conditions referred to above).
• Section 42(d): Subdivision of Erf 545 Camps Bay into two (2) portions.
• Section 42(b): Permanent departures from the City’s Development Management Scheme.
