• Consent Use to permit the sale of alcoholic beverages on Erf 2653, Khayelitsha, zoned Local Business Zoning: Local Business (LB2).
• Permanent departures to permit the following:
  Relaxation of the street centreline setback along Mango Street to 5 m in lieu of 8 m.
  Relaxation of the coverage to 88% in lieu of 75%.
  Relaxation of item 141(1)(b) to permit vehicles to reverse across the sidewalk.
