• Application for Amendment of conditions of approval in terms of Section 42(j) of the MPBL (2025).
• Application for consent use on Erf 4260 Table View in terms of Section 42(i) of the MPBL to allow for a guest house.
• Application for a permanent departure in terms of Section 42(b) of the MPBL, 2015 to permit five on-site parking bays in lieu of seven.
