This system will enable you to submit advance online applications for attendance at all open meetings of Council and its committees, as well as for open meetings of the Executive Mayor together with the Mayoral Committee.

Given the limited seating capacity in the venues, users are allowed to submit a maximum of one on-line application per meeting.

Once you have completed your application(s), you will receive a confirmation email before the meeting, to advise whether or not your request could be accommodated based on seating availability.

Members of public should note that their attendance at these meetings is in an observer capacity only, and that they are not allowed to participate in the meetings.
