- Section 42(b) of the MPBL (amended 2025): Item 138 of the Development Management Scheme (DMS): Permanent departures pertaining to on-site parking provision.
- Section 42(b) of the MPBL (amended 2025): Item 41 of the DMS: Permanent departures pertaining to building lines and building parameters.
- Section 42(b) of the MPBL (amended 2025): Item 136.b of the DMS: Permanent departure pertaining to the boundary wall permeability.
- Section 42(b) of the MPBL (amended 2025): Item 121.2. of the DMS: To allow for buildings closer to 5,0 m of a Metropolitan Road.
