  • Section 42(g): Removal of a Restrictive Title Deed Condition related to the 50 Feet Road Servitude. 
  • Section 42(b): Permanent Departure related to the 5 m building line along a Road of Metropolitan Significance (Main Road). 
  • Section 42(i) of the MPBL: City Approval to permit the proposed development within the Sea Point Heritage Protection Overlay Zone (HPOZ).
